Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes! At Ottawa North, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase.
We want you to love your shopping experience. If the items you ordered don’t meet your expectations, or you simply changed your mind, you may return them within the specified timeframe, no problem.
Return Conditions
To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure the following conditions are met:

Completeness and Condition:
All items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, components, and accessories. The item should be returned just as you received it. -
Signs of Use:
Only normal signs of handling are accepted. Damaged items due to misuse will not be eligible for return. -
Hygiene Products:
Items such as cosmetics or underwear must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned. -
Defective Items:
If your item is defective upon delivery, please contact us immediately. We will help you find a solution. -
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Products must be returned to our warehouse in China. We will provide all necessary instructions to make the process easy. -
Processing Time:
Returns are processed within 7 business days after we receive your package. If all return conditions are met, we will confirm the return during that time.
We reserve the right to reject returns if we suspect items have been used or damaged by the customer. We value quality and only accept products in proper condition.
How to Return Your Order
If your order meets the conditions above, please follow these steps to begin the return process:

Wait for Return Instructions
Once we receive your request, we will send you the correct return address. Do not send items back to the sender's address on the package — we will provide a special return location. -
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is at your own expense. Items must be returned to our warehouse in China. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
As a customer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the item.

Withdrawal Period:
The 14-day period begins the day you, or someone authorized by you (excluding the carrier), receives the last item of your order. -
Automatic Fulfillment:
Our order processing is automated. Once placed, we cannot stop shipping. You may cancel the order only after receiving it. -
How to Withdraw:
To withdraw your order, simply email us a clear statement (e.g. by email) at info@ottawanorth.ca. We encourage you to do so promptly. -
Return Costs:
Return shipping is at your expense. Items must be safely packed and shipped back to our warehouse in China. -
Items in Transit:
If your order is already en route, it cannot be canceled. Please wait until you receive the item and then return it as described. -
Shipping Confirmation:
Please send us tracking confirmation when you return your order to speed up the process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund all payments received from you — including basic shipping costs — within 14 days of your cancellation notice.
Refunds are processed using the same payment method as your original order unless otherwise agreed. We do not charge fees for refunds.
All returns must be shipped to our warehouse in China at the customer’s expense.
